Usage Data: All content processed within the App (such as digests) is stored on your device or securely within your private account.

The App integrates the following third-party services for authentication and database management:

Sign in with Apple: Provided by Apple Inc.
Google Sign-In: Provided by Google LLC.
Supabase: Our backend infrastructure used to securely manage user authentication and data storage.

These services have their own privacy policies which you are encouraged to review.

3. Data Security

Your data is protected by industry-standard encryption provided by Supabase and the security features built into the iOS operating system. I do not sell or share your personal data with third-party advertisers.

4. Children’s Privacy

I do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided personal information, please contact me immediately.

5. Account Deletion

Users have the right to delete their accounts and all associated data at any time through the settings within the App or by contacting me via email.

I may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last Updated" date at the bottom reflects the latest changes.

Terms of Service

Welcome to getdigest. By downloading or using the App, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. License to Use

I grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use getdigest for personal and non-commercial purposes on your mobile device.

2. User Responsibilities

You agree not to:

Decompile, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract the source code of the App.
Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purposes.
Abuse the authentication systems (Apple/Google).

3. Third-Party Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Apple or Google account used to access getdigest. I cannot be held liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties. I do not guarantee that the App will always be error-free or uninterrupted.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall deming.zdm be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use or inability to use the App.
